Web Printing

2 Sanden web presses, 21 x 25 and 24 x 26 Maximum sheet size.  4/4 UV ink equipped with magnetic perf units for inline perforating.  Perfect for large run quick turn political or commercial mailing projects as well as large run flyers, brochures, newsletters and more.    These presses are capable of running 40# text up to 9pt cover.

Offset Printing

Print 1 – 10 colors!. We feature a 28 x 40″ Komori 10 color press and 20 x 28″ Heidelberg 5 color press, both equipped with aqueous coating units. Coating options are gloss, satin, and soft touch. We also are equipped with a digital press for shorter runs and variable data projects.  See more info below. 

Mailing and Fulfillment

In addition to printing and finishing, West Wind Litho has an in-house full service mailing department. The mailing department staff reviews all materials before they are produced to ensure that the mailing will run efficiently and that the postage requirements are minimized.

With 20+ years’ experience, our pre-press department is prepared to handle a variety of projects, from business cards and book binding to large promotional mailers. 

True-to-color, true-to-size proofs can be produced for any project using the Epson SureColor printer. *Paper stock may vary.

Digital Printing

Our digital presses are excellent for small job runs. Our machines are capable of beautiful 4-color prints, booklet stitching, and variable data projects like addressed mailers. Our Ricoh 9210 digital press features extra-long duplex printing, up to 13” x 27”.  

Folding, Scoring, & Binding

We offer scoring and folding to create clean lines on your brochures, mailers, maps, etc. 

Saddle stitching and perfect binding are available for book binding. We handle books up to 220 pages.
